From concept to container, we manage every link of the
apparel supply chain, so your brand can focus on what it does
best.
Select any service below to explore how we deliver it — the methodology,
the capabilities, and the outcomes your brand can expect.
We don’t hand you a factory list. We match you with the exact manufacturing partner your product and brand standards require—drawing on our curated network of 500+ pre-audited facilities across Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Chittagong, and beyond. Every factory recommendation is built around your specific product category, order volume, compliance requirements, and delivery schedule.
Our production management team acts as your in-country representative — attending pre-production meetings, monitoring cut-make-trim progress, managing critical path timelines, and resolving issues before they become delays. We close the distance between your buying office and the factory floor.
Modern apparel supply chains span dozens of touchpoints — and each one is a potential risk. We map, monitor, and manage every node from yarn sourcing through fabric production, garment manufacturing, compliance checkpoints, and export documentation. Our digital tracking systems give you live visibility without requiring you to be on the ground.
Quality is not inspected in at the end — it is built in throughout production. Our QA team conducts inspections at each critical stage, using AQL-based sampling, technical measurement protocols, and detailed defect reporting. We partner with accredited third-party testing labs for chemical, physical, and performance testing against international retail standards.
Our product development team bridges the gap between creative vision and manufacturing reality. We work with your designers and technical teams to translate concepts into manufacturable garments—managing the entire sampling cycle, fabric development, fit approvals, and pre-production sign-off so you reach bulk production with confidence.
Sustainability is not a bolt-on for Alishba—it is baked into every service we offer. For buyers with explicit sustainability mandates, we operate dedicated green sourcing pathways through our network of certified factories: facilities with renewable energy programs, water treatment systems, low-impact chemical processes, and independently verified social standards.
Your brand’s CSR commitments don’t end at your headquarters. We extend them into every factory in your supply chain—through structured audit programs, capacity building with factory management, worker welfare initiatives, and CSR documentation that satisfies the disclosure requirements of major retail groups and public companies worldwide.
Getting goods from the factory to your warehouse involves a web of documentation, regulation, and logistics coordination. Our trade team manages every element of the export process—from certificate of origin to bill of lading—ensuring smooth customs clearance and compliance with the import regulations of your destination market. We work with established freight partners for both FCL and LCL shipments.
Eight structured stages. One seamless experience. From your
first brief to the moment goods clear your receiving dock.

We reject the idea of quality inspection as a final gate. Instead, we embed quality control throughout every stage of production—catching and correcting issues when it costs time, not money.
Our QA team follows a five-stage assurance model that combines human expertise with documented protocols, third-party lab testing, and photographic evidence at every checkpoint.

From your first inquiry to your first delivery—here is what you can
expect when you partner with Alishba Holding.
We start with a 45-minute structured conversation about your brand, product range, target markets, compliance requirements, and sourcing goals. No pitch — just listening.
Within 5 working days, we deliver a tailored sourcing proposal: recommended factory profiles, indicative costing, service scope, and a proposed T&A calendar.
We arrange virtual or in-person factory visits and commission your first development samples — so you can evaluate quality before committing to a bulk order.
Once samples are approved, we manage order placement, price confirmation, payment terms, and production scheduling — documented clearly and transparently.
Our team is on the factory floor throughout production — providing weekly updates, QC reports, and resolving any technical issues before they affect your delivery.
We manage export documentation, freight, and customs clearance — then conduct a post-delivery review to continuously improve future seasons together.
We have answered the questions we hear most often from brands beginning their sourcing journey with us. If yours isn’t here, reach out directly.
Our minimum order quantity varies by product category and factory. For most knitwear and woven categories, MOQs start from 500 units per style per colour. For complex outerwear or technical garments, MOQs may be higher. We always discuss MOQ requirements during the initial discovery call and work to match you with factories that fit your scale.
We cover the full breadth of Bangladesh’s manufacturing capability: knitwear, woven tops, denim, outerwear, swimwear, activewear, underwear, lingerie, children’s wear, and accessories including hats, bags, and soft accessories. Bangladesh is particularly competitive in knitwear and fast-fashion woven—and increasingly strong in sustainable and technical categories.
Every factory in our network undergoes a social compliance audit before onboarding—conducted against BSCI, SMETA, or a buyer-specific code of conduct. Factories are re-audited annually and must meet corrective action timelines for any non-conformances. We do not work with factories that have unresolved critical findings, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy on child labor and forced labor.
Yes — we operate a dedicated sustainable sourcing pathway for buyers with green mandates. We can source GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester and nylon, OEKO-TEX 100 certified fabrics, and Bluesign-approved materials. We also support Higg Index MSI scoring and can provide material-level sustainability data for your reporting requirements.
Standard production lead time from order placement to ex-factory shipment is 75–90 days for woven categories and 60–75 days for knitwear. Development lead times (proto to pre-production sample approval) typically add 6–10 weeks before bulk order placement. We can work with faster timelines in some categories—discuss your schedule during the discovery call, and we will advise accurately.
We offer both. Full Package (FPP) means we manage fabric, trim, and accessory sourcing on your behalf—faster and simpler for buyers new to Bangladesh. CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) arrangements are available for buyers who prefer to control their own fabric sourcing or use nominated mills. We adapt to your existing sourcing infrastructure.
We regularly export to 40+ countries across the USA, EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Italy), UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East. We have established relationships with freight forwarders and customs brokers in all major destination markets and manage GSP and EBA preference documentation for eligible shipments.
